With school and work back in session and shortening days, it won’t be long before the crispness of Fall will really hit us. We just bought our big pumpkin for the porch to signal Autumn!
This week, one of the farmers asked me if we would be ordering turkeys for Thanksgiving. So, I’m asking all of you if you would let us know during this ordering time — Do you think you’ll be ordering a turkey(s) and/or turkey breast(s) from us as usual for delivery just before the big day?
I know you’ve barely gotten your feet planted firmly after the Summer season, but the farmers are preparing to set aside some of their turkeys (that are steady growing already) for us. We’d like to give them some idea of how many we will need. Don’t forget, these are the naturally pasture-raised, obvious healthy choice to grace your tables this Thanksgiving. People tell us every year how their family and friends rave over the deliciousness of the bird set before them, so why change?
