This February marked our “10th Anniversary as Persnickety Protein!!!”
So, since Candice will be going to ALL of the farms on either Friday, March 13th or Saturday, March 14th (depending on her schedule,) we decided to postpone the 2nd Annual Anniversary Sale ’til now. The offer – for this order only – is:

We’re so excited to make this once-a-year offer to our valued customers (friends) and I’m really glad she’s offered to make the long trip to all of the farms, because I’ve been missing the cottage cheese, chicken stock and other things we can only get when she actually makes that long trip.
NEWS OF ALL SORTS:
- Dairy– all raw milk items, including more cheeses – cow & sheep
- Rival Bros. & Thread Cold Brew Coffeesin 12 oz. cans (great to take along) and Icaro carbonated Teas (underBeverages); (ask about sample)
- Expanded meat offerings– Turkey, Bison and Beef mainly — more Steak, too, AND Ground Lamb is available again;
- NEW — Castle Valley Mill (Stone Ground)items (under Sundry,) included, yellow cornmeal, grits, soft whole wheat flour, & Irish Oatmeal (just in time for St. Patrick’s Day);
AND, speaking of celebrating the Irish (all the time or just for the day,) this order delivery will be right before St. Patrick’s Day! You might want to order a fine Beef Brisket or a meaty Pork Roast to celebrate the day. We can also get Raw Sauerkraut or Kimchi to go with it (found under “Sundry” on the list.) Look for *NEW * recipes for Corned Beef (made with beef brisket) to follow!
