Happy Fall (almost), Folks! Greetings from our house to yours!

As the kids start back to school, virtual or in-person, and most adults get into full swing for another season, I’m thankful that openings are happening slowly and carefully in our area.
But don’t let that put a damper on your home cooking and baking. I’ve heard from so many of you, that you’ve had a renewal of kitchen skills and are experimenting with more in-depth creations than they thought possible. Kudos to you adventurous souls!
Let us hear about favorite dishes and concoctions — hopefully, the recipes I shared have been inspirational! And, along those lines, consider trying a few new meats and dairy items from the farms.

With this order, we continue to offer more big brown eggs, exceptional meats of all sorts, and delicious dairy selections, like cottage cheese and sour cream made from fresh raw milk.

VEGGIE BOXES: You can still order Veggie Boxes, full of late Summer items like sweet corn, green peppers, gorgeous tomatoes, and bunches of specialty items. In addition, new Fall squashes (acorn squash is my favorite) will be among the surprise box of the freshest produce available.

NOTE: To order a veggie box, just let me know in your email, since putting the extra attachment (order form) messes up transmission to so many people right now.

Help us spread the word to others about the right foods that are available from family farms. Please join us in educating your friends, family and neighbors, so that our efforts reach more people, as factory farms are becoming worse (and worse for our health.)
Let us know if you’d like us to reach out to interested folks, or ask us for Persnickety Protein postcards to share. I will send all the latest information to them electronically. We are, as always, committed to making the long trips for those who are health conscious and love good food!

Our “distance buying” procedures have been working quite well, and we will continue to exercise them for now.
Always ask questions by email or phone (215) 842-2662 to be sure you’re ordering exactly what you want.This order is due by Monday, September 14th. The order pick-up will be Saturday, September 19th.
