Good Morning and “HAPPY ST. PATRICK’S DAY” Everyone!
I love St. Patrick’s Day! It’s a day when no matter what ancestry is in your background, you can pretend for a day that you have a bit of the Leprechaun and lots of blarney going on. I never knew until a few years ago that I am a “little” Irish — really! Always a good excuse to make Corned Beef Reubens once a year at least!
Also, by the time we deliver this order, you’ll be thinking about Passover and Easter foods. Since “Farms Day” delivery is also the Beginning of Passover, we will make sure your orders are ready before sundown.
In the meantime, here are the newest highlights of the farms’ offerings:
1. Chicken Thighs Are Still Available, (but not for long):
Bone-In, Skin-On Chicken Thighs are very popular, because the dark meat is so flavorful and juicy. I use thighs in my chicken noodle soup! So good!!! They may be available for a while, but no promises. Limit: approx. 2-3 lbs. per order.
Note: The supply of whole chickens, boneless-skinless breasts, and much more are still in stock.
2. Beef Brisket and Many Other Cuts of Beef are available for Passover & Easter:
Let us know if you’d like us to order one (or two) as soon as you see this, so we can line up to get yours before they’re gone!
3. Boneless and Bone-In Pork Shoulders, Smoked Ham Roasts, and More:
They’re on the list this time, but they’re in short supply. So, if you’ve been missing these great cuts, hurry and order (1st-come-1st-served) and make sure to check out the much larger list of sausage choices!
4. VEGGIE BOXES:
Veggie Boxes continue to be available as long as COVID continues. There is usually an 8 item assortment in each box, and the produce changes as the seasons go along.

We continue to offer exceptional meats of all sorts, and delicious raw milk dairy selections, like butter, cottage cheese, yogurt and sour cream made from fresh raw milk. The milk from the A2A2 cows is our favorite! Look for it under dairy “A2A2” shaded in light green. Quantities may vary, but we will try to get whatever you desire.

Our “distance buying” procedures continue to work quite well, and we will continue to exercise them for the foreseeable future.
