Good Morning, Dear Folks!

Hope we’re finding you safe and well today! Candice is much better and back doing modified duty in the gardens and teaching her craft to volunteers at Maplewood Mall. Thanks for your patience while she recovered from COVID. Oh, and I’m doing well since hip replacement, too. 😉

I’ll be “short and sweet” to give you the up-to-date information, so you can order before the weekend. Oh, the heat!!! There are no words for it! Please forgive me if I don’t sit and greet you in a mask on the porch on Saturday.

We’re back on schedule to go to the farms next Saturday, and it seems that most all meat and diary items are back in the farms’ freezers now that it’s summertime. Yay!!! I have so many favorites that there are too many to mention, like chicken breasts, ground beef for burgers, smoked sliced chipped ham, and delicious raw milk products (cottage cheese and maple yogurt to die for) and more. A few have, unfortunately, had small increases in price. No surprise there!  DON’T FORGET THAT LABOR DAY WEEKEND IS COMING! ORDER ALL YOUR FAVORITE B-B-QUE MEATS NOW!!!

We continue to offer exceptional foods from our farms: meats of all sorts, and delicious raw milk dairy selections, like butter, cottage cheese, yogurt and sour cream made from fresh raw milk. The milk from the A2A2 cows is our favorite! Look for it under dairy “A2A2” shaded in light green. Quantities may vary, but we will try to get whatever you desire.

Our “distance buying” procedures will continue for the foreseeable future, and we will continue to exercise them for the safety of everyone.

REMEMBER: We still need to be careful! Continue to wash your hands often, wear a face mask again, keep a safe distance AND GET YOUR VACCINES + BOOSTERS! They really help to keep your immunity high. Be safe in small gatherings! This isn’t over yet, especially with the new variant – BA-5!
